2 hours of daily ice time (morning skills and afternoon competition sessions)

GOALIE SPECIFIC TRAINING

Full participant with their age group.

Goaltenders will have a goalie-specific 1-hour session each day (in addition to their 2 hours with group)
-
Goaltenders will receive goaltending training provided by Anton Castro and other high level goaltenders.

LIMITED TO 7 MITES, 7 SQUIRTS, 7 PEE WEES
Small group training = individualized coaching/training -
